Three T-Cat compliant Brute Force 300 and 450 models for 2027

Enjoying success in the entry level and mid-capacity ATV classes, Kawasaki’s Brute Force 300 and 450 models will now be offered within Europe for 2027 in T-Cat guise.

T-Cat (or T-Category) classification allows these popular machines to be registered for, and used on, public roads increasing not simply the adaptability of these hard-working ATVs but also multiplying the number of possible daily tasks they can efficiently perform which is a basic criterion for many commercial operators.

The core strength of the Brute Force 300 is its combination of a high performing fuel-injected, liquid-cooled engine with a CVT transmission and centrifugal clutch delivering great power feeling plus high controllability allied to natural engine braking.

For its Brute Force 450 sibling, the key focus is compactness compared to 750-800cc rival four-wheelers but larger physical size that’s ready for tougher tasks than smaller ATVs.

The Brute Force 450 strikes the ideal balance between the two extremes while packing ample performance and a full suite of features – including an EPS (Electronic Power Steering) variant, keeping it at the very forefront of its class.

For 2027 – both the 300 and 450 Brute Force models are available with T-Category compliance which includes LED headlights and taillights plus built-in turn signals.

There is also a dedicated switch for the handlebar mounted LED work lamp allowing it to be turned on and off independently from the headlights.  When turned on, the button lights up to remind drivers not to drive**.

A Speed Limiter Mode supports operators when doing work or tasks with a button below and to the left of the instrument panel activating the mode which lights up when activated.

Other equipment for T-Cat compliance items on each model includes a tow hook inside the front bumper, rear view mirrors, a horn, hazard lights, licence plate bracket and lamp and a brake warning lamp above the instrument panel. Additionally, the exhaust system meets relevant European noise regulations plus a trailer hitch is fitted standard as is a connector to hook up trailer taillights.

With news of these new T-Cat compliant specifications of both the Brute Force 300 and Brute Force 450 in 2027, the appeal and useability of these hard working and durable machines is set to increase even further.
