Confirming a number of carry over models for the 2027 MULE range, Kawasaki have also just highlighted two models that are new to the UK market for the coming sales season.

The new MULE PRO-FXT 1000 LE EPS is sure to be a headline grabber. As the EPS moniker suggests, this is an Electronic Power Steering equipped machine willing to take on the hardest tasks and ready for a lifetime of hard work. 

Boasting a wholly Kawasaki developed parallel 999cc twin-cylinder petrol fuelled power plant, the fuel-injected compact litre-class engine has an electronic throttle valve to deliver both high power and high torque. The mild character, complemented by a CVT (continuously variable transmission), offers driver-friendly throttle response and delivers smooth acceleration and deceleration plus a generous turn of speed when required. 

In terms of carrying and towing capacity the PRO-FXT 1000 LE EPS is impressive, boasting a 453 Kg max capacity load bed and an all up towing ability of 907 kg plus an incredible 4.8m minimum turning radius.

The, by now familiar, Kawasaki MULE pick-up inspired styling delivers the added benefit of the Trans variable seating system that can form either a driver and passenger bench seat plus a large load bed or a two person fold-in-place bench seat yet still with a capacious cargo bed. The PRO-FXT 1000 LE EPS runs on large 26inch low ground pressure tyres, offers maximum 320mm of ground clearance while revealing in many thoughtful design details such as a tilting steering wheel for better ingress and egress, electronically switchable 2WD and 4WD plus a lockable rear differential. With options including a genuine accessory windscreen and wiper kits plus a universal winch mount, the PRO-FXT 1000 LE EPS looks to be a useful addition to the UK MULE range for 2027.

Sharing the limelight will be another machine variant new to the UK marketplace. The MULE SX 4x4 XC arrives for 2027 in a new FI guise. Looking like a diminutive pick-up truck, this sturdy MULE is happy to work all day just like its larger Kawasaki siblings. The fuel-injected 401cm3, 4-stroke, OHV, fan-cooled engine is compact, lightweight and durable. Compared to previous SX models, the 2027 machine has higher ground clearance at 190mm and revised gearing plus selectable 2WD/4WD with a dual mode lockable rear differential. 

In addition to the PRO-FXT 1000 LE EPS and the MULE SX 4x4 XC FI, Kawasaki has also just confirmed the continuation of five other MULE models and variants in the UK - which will ultimately combine with other incoming machines - to form a much anticipated full range line up for the 2027 season.
