7 January 2013 Team Green bolsters podium chasing Arenacross entry

The much anticipated four round British Arenacross series kicks off on 12 January at London’s magnificent O2 Arena venue and Kawasaki stars are squarely focussed on points and podiums.
Marking the competitive launch of a revitalised Team Green squad comprising Preston Williams, Dylan Woodcock and Billy King, the event will also witness appearances by riders from other Kawasaki Motors UK supported teams.

Mixing youth and experience, KMUK’s official MX team, Maxxis Kawasaki by LPE will push for honours with Jack Brunel, Steven Clarke and time served SX and Arenacross expert, Gordon Crockard. Joining them on the demanding indoor track created by the team at Events 22 will be a Revo Talon Kawasaki duo headed up by Damon Strydom and also James Harrison on his Ifly Lanes Kawasaki KX250F.

With all to play for in advance of the second round at Birmingham, every Kawasaki rider gating at the 02 in London is looking to start as they mean to go on according to Racing Coordinator for KMUK, Ross Burridge.

“What a great venue and a great event for the public to see our 2013 Team Green riders for the very first time. In partnership with Monster Energy we think the London opener is a great place for all three riders to cut their teeth.

Equally, our official and supported teams are taking the series very seriously indeed. I think we’ll see some fiery performances and more than a few Kawasaki podiums across the quartet of rounds with hopefully the first of those on Saturday evening.”
