4 October 2013 Kawasaki plan surprises at Dirt Bike Show

With every machine in the 2014 KX and KLX range on show – including the recently launched KX85 and updated KX250F and KX450F - Kawasaki are also promising some tempting treats at the upcoming Dirtbike Show in Stonleigh.

Displayed under the awning of new official MX1 team, Oakleaf Kawasaki, the brand new machines will be joined by race bikes from Oakleaf themselves along with Pendrich Kawasaki bikes, a Team Green KX85 plus Lee Dunham’s Championship winning Maxxis by LPE KX450F.

Celebrating forty years of the mighty KX brand at the show with heritage machines and a supporting display, the final piece of the lime green jig-saw is provided by rider appearances across the weekend.

Team Green's Dylan Woodcock and Todd Kellet both make appearances alongside two, as yet, unnamed surprise guests. In addition, Bryan MacKenzie of Pendrich Kawasaki is due to be at the show along with the unveiling of the new 2014 Oakleaf Kawasaki rider line up.

Finally, the show would not be compete without the appearance on the Saturday of former UK youth Team Green rider and world MX star, Tommy Searle.

“There’s so much to pack in but all the hard work will be worth it come show time”, claimed Racing Coordinator for Kawasaki Motors UK, Ross Burridge. “As a venue to show off the new season's bikes plus celebrate forty years of KX, the Dirt Bike Show is perfect. Add to that the social side of our top riders getting to meet their dedicated fans and the event becomes un-missable for dirt enthusiasts of all ages”
