6 February 2013 Kawasaki packs a punch at MCN London Show

Promoted as the ultimate middle-weight Streetfighter with a knockout punch, the new Z800 and A2 licence compliant Z800 e version are set to be star attractions on the Kawasaki stand at the upcoming Carole Nash MCN London Motorcycle Show.
Sharing show space on the bustling Kawasaki stand will be further 2013 season models including the highly rated new Ninja ZX-6R 636 and, of course, the refined and much talked about Ninja 300.

Using the 636cc engine capacity previously made so famous by Kawasaki, the new Ninja ZX-6R has been designed to give perfect feedback in real road conditions while having consummate track ability. Echoing the looks and attitude of its larger sibling, the Ninja 300 has the potential to be an ideal commuter, first foray onto two wheels or simply a light and nimble alternative to bigger more demanding sports machines.

Kawasaki is not simply showing the newest of the new in London, the broadest range of bikes will be there from a burgeoning range that will include the traditionally styled W800 twin, a V-twin cruiser and, of course, bikes with accomplished distance abilities such as the Z1000SX Tourer, Versys 1000 and 1400GTR. And for ultimate performance junkies, the extreme Ninja ZX-10R will share the stage with the latest incarnation of the ZZR family, the 200 horsepower plus ZZR1400 Performance Edition.

Adding guest appearances from racers Chris “Stalker” Walker, Danny Buchan and Shane “Shakey” Byrne across the weekend, mixed in with the Kawasaki Riders Club and special displays such as a Ninja 300 race bike from the Rapid Solicitors Junior Cup and the stand will be a fan focus according to Mark Spiller, Marketing Manager of Kawasaki Motors UK.

“London deserves its own show and with the inevitable interest in commuting and leisure bikes thanks to things like an exemption from congestion charging and widespread free parking, a bike makes sense on so many levels. Now, at start of the biking season and, along with our wide-ranging finance deals, we are primed and ready to show everything Kawasaki has to offer in 2013”.
