Aerodynamics

Put a blindfold on and swing a leg over the Ninja ZX-10R and you’ll swear you’re sitting on a ZX-6R. That’s how incredibly compact the 10R is. In fact, the front cowl has a smaller frontal area than the 600. And any wind that tries to resist the 10R’s relentless forward acceleration gets sucked into the central Ram Air duct, making the bike quicker still. Add a few wind-tunnel designed tricks like integrated turn signals and a flush surface LED tail light and the result is a machine that moves through the air as easily as it moves
past the competition.

The difference between good bikes and great bikes, like the difference between finishing 1 st or 3 rd , is in the details. Details like a 3-piece front fender instead of a cheaper 1-piece unit. Chassis

You’re looking at the latest in all-alloy frame technology. This perfect combination of thin-walled alloy castings and lightweight aluminium pressings results in optimal lightness and
high rigidity. Unlike most twin-beam frames, the ZX-10R’s main beams arch over the engine, not around it, so the bike is very narrow. Race-developed technology includes a long stabiliserequipped swingarm and forward-mounted swingarm pivot for brilliant handling performance. Ergonomics

You can’t ride quickly if you’re not comfortable. The Ninja ZX-10R’s ergonomics are specially designed to keep your body happy during the cut and thrust of high-performance riding. The concave tank top makes it easy to tuck in and mould yourself to the bike. And the perfect seat/pegs/handlebar relationship was developed after exhaustive research and intense racer feedback. Brakes

Class-leading performance demands class-leading velocity control. The ZX-10R runs powerful 4-piston, 4-pad radial-mounted callipers gripping large-diameter 300 mm petal discs, with a compact 220 mm petal disc at the rear. Even pad wear, superb feel and impressive performance are the result.
