Aesthetics
The difference between good bikes and great bikes, like the difference between finishing 1 st or 3 rd , is in the details. Details like a 3-piece front fender instead of a cheaper 1-piece unit. Details like a high-quality seamless fuel tank. Or a flush-surface LED tail light that curves slightly over the top of the seat cowl to make the bike more visible.
