Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle prize bike presented

With over 3000 entries – and supported by a publicity campaign that included GBmoto Kawasaki racing at the Silverstone BSB round on specially liveried machines – the winner of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle Kawasaki Ninja 300 saw his machine in the flesh on the final Saturday of Motorcycle Live 2014.

In a competition that ran alongside the launch of the latest Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle released by Universal Pictures, Shaun Rogan of Cumbria correctly answered the movie related entry question and was recently drawn from the vast pool of entries. He will be collecting his unique machine soon from his local Kawasaki dealer, J&L of Carlisle.

Already a motorcycle fan, Shaun currently rides a Z1000SX and the nippy Ninja may just end up being used for his daily commute. If it does, it will certainly turn some heads as he makes his way to his job at Sellafield power station.

“It is an amazing looking bike and certainly distinctive close up", said Shaun. I am delighted to be chosen from so many thousands of entries, it has all been a bit of a shock to be honest”

For Kawasaki, Managing Director of KMUK, Howard Dale, added:
“It is a unique design that’s for sure; we hope Shaun will enjoy his prize. The Ninja 300 is a great machine and forms part of our expanding range of smaller capacity and entry level bikes. I think Shaun will be genuinely surprised at the eager way it performs and handles on his Cumbrian daily commute”.
