21 August 2015 A lap of the Isle of Man TT with James Hillier - aboard the H2R

James Hillier rode the 2015 Kawasaki Ninja H2R round the full Isle of Man TT circuit earlier this year – on a ‘parade’ lap – on which he bagged the fastest speed recorded for a production machine aboard the gleaming H2R machine. He clocked over 206mph – 206.9mph to be precise - on Sulby straight.
The Quattro Plant Kawasaki rider claimed he was nervous but excited at the chance of trying out the supercharged 300+ bhp machine on the closed 37 ¾ mile legendary circuit.

Understandably, not everyone gets the chance to experience such a thing – however, you can get as close to the action as possible courtesy of a new video released of James’s lap. Using a combination of television footage from a number of suppliers as well as onboard shots, the final edit is a stunning video that shows the beauty of the Isle of Man, the H2R and the sheer speed and skillfulness of James’s riding.

We keep watching it again and again – we hope you like it…
